Go back in through the window, enter the hallway to attract the guard, run to the right room and go out through the window then ensure that the guard talks to you while you're on the roof. Use the antenna on the roof then make another toenail and use it on the grate. Exit the door then enter another door, turn on the light switch, take the comic book, and exit via the window. Use the cabinet to open it then take Hulgor to stuff him into the cabinet and use it again to close the door. Open the door and Hulgor will come in then use the polo mallet on him. Take the ballpoint pen that's on the desk, the encyclopedia from the mantle, and the polo mallet. Remove the screws on the grate with a toenail to enter the office. Interact with the fan, look at a screw, and then use Harvey on a screw and choose to Tempomorph when prompted. Walk over to the chair and take the chair leg then use it on the table to turn it into a broken chair leg then use that on the back wall's top-left pad twice to expose a fan.
